Epergne with Baskets

This is an opalescent glass Epergne with cobalt blue trim. It has a center trumpet and three lilies as well as a front lily. There are two baskets hanging on twisted glass canes. Each of these pieces are decorated with applied rigaree. This is a most unique Epergne because as you can note in the photo, the two baskets and one lily have a six pointed rim while the center trumpet two lilies and the front lily have a three scallop rim. All pieces are trimmed with matching rigaree. Condition is excellent.

This is an opalescent  cased glass Epergne with a center trumpet, two lilies and two hanging baskets.  The ruffled edged bowl is 10 inches in diameter and the Epergne is 24 inches high.  The glass goes from clear opalescent to blue and pink.  The bottom of the bowl has a stress line which was evaluated and permanently repaired by a Glass Conservator from the Philadelphia Art Museum. The trumpet, lilies, and baskets are in mint condition as are the two canes holding the baskets.  Stourbridge , England, 1880 -1890.

This is a Cranberry Opalescent Epergne with Three Lilies and Central Trumpet. The Lilies and Central Trumpet are decorated with Clear Rigaree. The Epergne is 17 1/2" high and the ruffled edged bowl is 9 1/2" in Diameter.. The Epergne is in excellent condition.  Stourbridge, England, 1889-1890

This is a Orange Opalescent Epergne with Three Lilies and Central Trumpet. The Rims of the Lilies and Central Trumpet are decorated with Clear ruffled glass.. The Epergne is 18" high and the ruffled edged bowl is 9 1/2" in Diameter.. The Epergne is in excellent condition.  Stourbridge, England, 1889-1890l

The ruffled edge bowl is 9 1/2" square and the Epergne measures 21 1/2" in height.  The glass goes from clear opalescent to pink and cranberry.  The rigaree on the trumpet and lilies is in mint condition as are the two canes holding the baskets.  Stourbridge , England, 1880 -1890.

This is a Green Opalescent Epergne with Three Lilies,  and a Central Trumpet. The Lilies,   and Central Trumpet are decorated with Green Rigaree.   The Epergne is 22"  high and the ruffled edged bowl is 9 1/2" in Diameter.. The Epergne is in excellent condition. England ca.1880-1890
